Longeing and pole work have taken you this far, but both your horse and you are bored to death about groundwork...plus, the issues remain 😬

Your horse is explosive, spooky, anxious, 'rude', girthy or shutdown and you struggle to get through to them.

You are the type of rider who wants their horse to LOVE their work and feel AMAZING in their body, not only do it well.
...but the truth is, the best performances come from confidence and harmony, not compliance.
When your horse feels understood, their athletic potential—and generosity—unfold naturally.

The Horse's Ability to be Mindfully Focused

Intrinsic Motivation of the Horse
✅ What if the work felt AMAZING to your horse…the whole time?
✅ What if your horse could be not only compliant but actually WANT it as much as you do?
✅ What if your horse thought really highly of YOU?
✅ What if balance, straightness and impulsion could become inherent?
✅ What if BOTH your horse and you could finally have FUN in the arena/show ring?

By the end of this weekend, you’ll feel what it’s like
to work with a horse who says, “I got you.”
You’ll have the tools to coach your horse towards
moving safely, with confidence, joy, and presence—
—and to help them stay that way, even under pressure.
"I didn’t come to this work through ribbons or rankings. I came to it through a horse who said no".
Here's the story if you want to 👀watch it and hear it 👂🏼 (I'll write it after the video if you prefer reading it 📖):
"My horse Sombra, wanted nothing to do with me. As soon as the lead rope would go off, she was gone. I stared at her butt for a year.
If that’s not a ‘horsey f*** you’, I don’t know what is 😔
She tried to jump a gate with me on her once just because I asked her to walk under saddle.
I could have made her stick around. Or walk forward under saddle 🤷♀️ I knew the ‘techniques’, if you know what I mean.
But what I really wanted - even more than tangible results - was reciprocity.
Together with my business partner Elizabeth Riecks, I studied everything I could find — from movement science, to behavior modification, to nervous system regulation — testing, integrating, and translating it into a language horses can genuinely relate to: mindfulness, positivity, peace, fun, and the occasional giggle.
What emerged was a way of training that doesn’t force the body or the spirit — it invites both to unfold.
And that’s the work we share: helping horses and humans find joy, balance, and belonging in movement again."

✅ Learn relaxation techniques for both horse and human
✅ Build/Rebuild your horse’s enthusiasm for the work
✅ Let focus and freedom coexist
✅ Strengthen biomechanics and balance through play-based workouts
✅ Transform the warm-up from stressful to meditative
✅ Integrate joy and centeredness into your show-day mindset
What makes this work different is its lens.
At Hatha Equus International, we train through a science-backed, play-based, soulful approach that puts the horse first—without compromising performance.
Every exercise is designed to check every welfare box and unlock real athletic potential.
It’s compassionate, effective, and quietly revolutionary.
The word 'Playground' is intentional.
For children, a playground isn’t just where they burn energy — it’s where they build themselves. Every swing, climb, and balance beam teaches more than coordination.
It teaches courage, adaptability, and the joy of trying again.
They learn to lead, to follow, to collaborate, boundaries.
They invent, improvise, and grow strong — without ever noticing they’re “training.”
That’s the inspiration behind this program.
For horses AND riders, our Playground offers the same freedom to explore, strengthen, and learn through curiosity...together!
They build mobility, balance, courage, and focus — not through repetition, but through discovery.

These 'separate' tickets might be available in case we'll still have available participant spots by mid-February. Our preference is that active participants attend the entire clinic, so that we can maximize their horses' habituation and breakthroughs. In case, make sure you enroll in our newsletter to stay tuned!
Go ahead and submit this form so that we can priority-notify you next time around!
Yay! Book a zoom meeting with Giorgia at this link and let's get talking!
Yes, yes and yes! Our cooperative care techniques are deeply rooted in positive reinforcement science and consent, and they are all very compatible with all the other techniques we use for downregulation, fitness and boundaries with love ❤️
